This program appears to be an ethical weight loss program and the author has impressive credentials and has been featured for his honest approach in the Oprah magazine. He does not make outlandish claims for the product but he does offer a sustainable way to reduce weight and most importantly, keep it off. This has been backed up in the actual user feedback comments we have found although some people have commented that there is too much information. Others see this as a plus point though as they prefer to have a thorough guide to weight loss. We have given it a fairly high star rating based on the high trust factor we have assigned to the comments we have found - they are on weight loss and body building forums and are from real people who have used the program and generally praise it for it positive effects and good teaching style. |
